Key Responsibilities

 

  • Allocate appropriate stock to stores by monitoring sales and set inventory target.
  • Monitoring sales and inventory held in store, and suggest the change of price for slow selling lines to Merchandising team to minimise the end of season carry over of stock.
  • Monitor Assortment creation done by Merchandising team and request the change accordingly to maximise efficiency of allocation.
  • Maintain the auto allocation system set up, using appropriate target and other numerical data.
  • Update stock target of individual stores according to store requests.
  • Create and communicate all required reports.
  • Liaising with all internal customers and partners to establish needs
  • File all relevant documentation

 

 Required Skills

 

  • Patient, analytical, numerate and accurate with good attention to detail.
  • PC literate with some understanding of MS Systems including EXCEL.
  • Enjoys numerical tasks.
  • Self motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team using own initiative.
  • Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the business
  • Can demonstrate a proven track record in sales and inventory control, in a retail environment
  • Able to demonstrate results in maximising stock availability at a SKU level
