Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate work orders from branch store locations and service provider.
  • Develop and implement standardized housekeeping practices in branch store locations
  • Conduct store audits to ensure maintenance and housekeeping standards being achieved and executed.
  • Coordinate capital maintenance projects for branch store locations. Ensure communication with store management on timing and implementation of project
  • Inspect and audit all capital projects executed in the branch store locations
  • Ensure on budget performance for maintenance accounts
  • Develop and implement value engineering programs to reduce maintenance expense in branch store locations.
  • Compile and distribute management reports that relate to maintenance.
  • Release invoices for processing into financial system.
  • Match po to invoices for processing.
  • Review, audit, and process all Store Dev Invoices.
  • Distribute monthly maintenance reports for maintenance team.
  • Excel, Ariba, and Access experience preferred
