Position Overview:

UNIQLO USA is looking for a talented and energetic Associate to join our Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for day to day management, optimization and reporting in support of Performance channels and other marketing communications. The optimal candidate can work smart – melding both speed and quality to manage tasks efficiently. Understanding of marketing operations & strategy, as well as comfort with marketing technologies and databases highly recommended. The position reports to the Head of Performance Marketing

  • Execute standard and custom digital campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, SEO, Social, Display/Video/CTV, Affiliate, Media partnerships, etc. across multiple categories.
  • Partner with digital marketing team on the coordination and management of campaigns across multiple channels and ensure program specific ROI goals are being met
  • Understand key customer segments, uncovering opportunities within the data and working with the team to develop action plans to activate and impact KPIs
  • Drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including ROAS, CTR, Traffic/Sessions
  • Aggregate reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis while working with leads to generate insights, calculating basic Paid Search KPIs

 

Requirements:

  • BA degree in Marketing/Communication or analytical emphasis 
  • 1-2 year digital marketing-specific experience, optimally focused on email marketing
  • Understanding/experience in ad operations, trafficking
  • Experience in the following media measurement tools and vendors: Adwords, Google Tag Manger/Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectives
  • Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics and ROI analysis
  • Ability to synthesize results into email marketing enhancement recommendations
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
