UNIQLO USA remains in the red, but business is steadily improving. Our focus is to transform our store operation, store expansion strategy and online sales. A strong presence in the pivotal North American market is vital if we are to build UNIQLO into a leading global brand. Position Overview:

Reporting into the Store Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing support for HR functions including but not limited to payroll, timecard enforcement and maintenance of personnel files.

 

Responsibilities:

* Process various reports and focus on the administrative tasks associated with HR recording, policy and procedure

* Process liaison for employee relations questions and concerns, leaves of absence, paid time off, workers compensation, etc.

* Assist with special projects as assigned by management
* Assist with interviews, investigations, disciplinary actions, and provides HR support at the store level

 

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree

* Interest in state and federal laws pertaining to human resources issues
* Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends

* Human resources or related experience preferred.

* Experience in retail preferred
